Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, along with the billing address of your credit card statement, expiration date, and security code (last 3 numbers on back of Visa and MC.)Please include a phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order. Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please send email to wambli@satx.rr.com. In the first 30 days returns can be for merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. A copy of the Omagruenes.com invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
